Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your contract declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in written form (e.g., letter, email) or – if the goods are delivered to you before the end of the deadline – by returning the goods. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of this information in written form, but not before the goods have been received by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before the first partial delivery) and also not before we have fulfilled our information obligations. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the goods in due time. The withdrawal is to be addressed to:

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits are to be returned and, if applicable, any derived benefits (e.g., interest) are to be surrendered. If you cannot return the received benefits in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to provide us with compensation for the value. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their examination – as would have been possible for you in a retail store, for example. In all other respects, you can avoid the obligation to provide compensation for any deterioration caused by the proper use of the goods by not using the goods as if they were your property and by refraining from any action that impairs their value. Goods that can be shipped by parcel are to be returned at our risk. You must bear the costs of the return shipment. Otherwise, the return shipment is free of charge for you. Goods that cannot be shipped by parcel will be picked up from you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you upon sending the withdrawal declaration or the goods, and for us upon receiving them.
