The following conditions apply: Delivery is made within the European Union, Switzerland, and the USA. Shipping costs include statutory value-added tax. Free shipping within the EU for orders over €100.00. Free shipping to Switzerland for orders over €100.00. Free shipping to the USA for orders over €300.00.

Shipping costs within the EU up to €99.99 are €5.90. Shipping costs to Switzerland up to €99.99 are €9.90. Shipping costs to the USA up to €299.99 are €49.90.

We also ship to US ARMY addresses for FREE.

Provision of digital content: No shipping costs apply to digital content (data created and provided in digital form). Digital content will be provided to you via a link provided by email or made available for immediate download after ordering. The email with access data for providing the digital content will be sent within 12 hours after conclusion of the contract (if payment is made in advance, after the time of your payment instruction). Delivery times: Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within the EU will take place within 2-5 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. Accepted payment methods:
